Women's Ministry Mentorship/Discipleship is a one-on-one program where women come alongside other women with the express purpose of become more like Christ as a woman, a wife, a daughter, a teacher, etc and helping her disciple other women. The key term in this program is "transformation". It may be a short (14-20 weeks) or a longer time period (1-3 years). This gives the mentor/mentee time to experience trials that have come to test one's faith. Each Mentor/Discipler has a one morning training that follows the Elder Discipler model.
